YogaTerapiTR offers online and in-person individual sessions based on a yoga therapy approach. Each session is treated as a process focused on breath, awareness, and regulation, taking into account the body's current state. The goal is not to force the body, but to learn to listen to and support it.
At YogaTerapiTR, yoga is more than just an exercise; it's a practice of connecting with the body, balancing the nervous system, and creating a more regulated state in daily life. With online and in-person sessions in Aliağa, the goal is to create a learning environment where everyone can progress at their own pace and in their own space.
