Who is Merve Dinç?
I was born in Kadıköy, Istanbul in 1987.
I am a graduate of Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic Design. For many years, I worked in the advertising industry, managing teams as a Creative Group Head; my work was also exhibited in solo and collective exhibitions in different countries around the world. Art and design formed the fundamental basis of my relationship with the body and perception.

I became a Kundalini Reiki Master in 2020. This journey, in which I deepened my understanding of my own traumas and health processes through areas such as Theta Healing, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR, led me to yoga. I began to view yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a space for nervous system regulation, body awareness, and holistic balance.
Sharing the knowledge and practices that have benefited me has always been my motivation. In 2023, I conducted online group workshops based on the book "The Artist's Way." Today, I continue my work within a framework of yoga therapy, using a safe and personalized approach.
In terms of approach...
In my yoga therapy-based practices, the individual's physical capacity, life circumstances, and need for regulation are taken into account. Sessions are structured around breath, conscious movement, and awareness. The goal is not to force the body, but to create a sustainable practice space by listening to the body.
I offer online and in-person individual sessions, as well as small group classes. I particularly work with individuals who have physical sensitivities, want to start yoga in a safe environment, and need regulation.
